Tamil tigers chief leader LTTE Prabhakran was shot dead by the Srilankan army along with the other army commanders. He was shot dead while trying to escape from the government forces as special forces closed in and shot him down. However the list of continuous events say that there has been no identification of Prabhakaran as yet.
The fight between the SriLanka and LTTE for the past 27 years has finally come to an end.In a way I pity for the LTTE but I am happy that no more violence will happen there and the people will be safe.Both Prabhakaran and his son where shot brutally.
