Ways of Sleeping


Sleep experts recommend daily 7 to 8 hours sound sleep so that you are able to carry out the work during day time easily. Deprivation of sleep may lead to many health issues like stroke, indigestion,diabetes. Working out exercise that helps better sleep at night and at the same time avoid day sleeping/naps. in addition good quality mattresses,pillows and better not to addict to smoking,alcohol,excess coffee those tend to sleeplessness.Always have lighter foods at bed time before 9.
