Recently US rejected North Korea demands for bigger sanctions reliefs for exchanging a partial surrender of North's Nuclear capabilities. Due to this the talks are on hold. US envoy Stephen Biegun feels that North Koreans should understand and continue to attend talks and seize the opportunity.
