1) First and foremost thing you must believe that you can quit smoking.

2) Any thing cannot be done in a single day. First cut down the number of cigars that you smoke and gradually decrease the number.

3) There are so many chewing gums available in the market get that and use them when you feel like smoking.

4) Search in the Internet they provide free smoking tips as SMS to your mobile. All you need to do is enroll for free SMS tips.They send you SMS for six consecutive weeks.

Quitting smoking is the MOST important decision you'll ever make in your life, for you and your loved ones. It is better to start Now, because the longer you stay on it, the more damage it will do to your body.
