Surya and KV Anand joint venture

The successful Ayan team of Surya and K.V.Anand is back with a bang.The successful duo are going to do another film together.This film will see Surya in a science fiction role.Chiranjeevi will be producing this movie.Surya is right now very busy with handful of movies in Tamil and is debut in Hindi.So the shooting of this movie will start only after all the present commitments of Surya is over.

The tentative date for the project to start is given as mid of 2010.Surya has also confirmed that he will do the movie with K.V.Anand under Chiranjeevi production.Lot of expectations are pinned since Surya is there,more over due to the huge success in of the movie Ayan in the box office.

Surya to act in Ram Gopal Varma’s Bollywood flick Raktha Charithra

Hi friends do you know that Surya is going act in Hindi film? The story line of the film is about the murder of (late) Politician Paritalal Ravi. As the story is interesting Surya agreed to act in Ram Gopal Varma’s Bollywood flick Raktha Charithra. In this film Vivek Oberoi is also going to act. This film is a five-hour film. This film will be released in two parts. Sources said that the first part in January 2010 and second part in April. In the first part we will see Suriya (in a very important role) in the climax.

Kandasamy audio release date confirmed as May 17

Kandasamy movie release on July 17th

The much hyped and awaited Kandasamy's audio release is on May 17th of this month by Thanu and Sony Music.The function will be a grand affair and will be conducted in Chennai Trade Center. As expected, it will be a grand affair. The highlights of the event is Vikram and Shriya dancing for the song Excuse Me Mr.Kandasamy and 40 Italian dancers performing for the composition of Devi Sri Prasad.Another highlight is Vikram will sing to songs which come in the film.

Vikram and Shreya share the screen space and Vikram is a "Superb hero" in this movie.The film is expected to release by June and is already predicted to be one of the biggest hits in box office

Vinay met up with an accident and is unconscious

Vinay who has acted in Unnale Unalle is currently working in Modhi Vilayadu,which is directed by the ace director Saran. The shooting of Modhi Vilayadu took place in deserts near Dubai when Vinay was caught up in a big mishap.The accident is so horrible that he became unconscious and had to be hospitalized.

The scene was that Vinay was to drive the car in the desert but unfortunately a heavy wind blew up the car and the actor was buried completely into the sands which was there. The crew rushed immediately for his rescue and admitted him in the hospital.Now after severe and intense treatment Vinay is out of danger

Asin bags ITFA award for Dasavatharam

Slumdog star Rubina's father case has been closed stating that he is innocent.There was no guilt found against him and so the police have released him.The reason that they give is that he has got any money from anyone for and moreover the daughter is safe.

Thus the police who thought Rafiq Qureshi was the accused was found to be innocent.Rahim Shaikh a senior police officer said that everything is fine and they find Rafiq Qureshi to be an innocent person after the interrogation.He also added that that is the reason for releasing him.

Big set back for Venkat Prabhu's Goa

Warner Bros. who were the major production have withdrew from Venkat Prabhu’s Goa project. The production for the film was combined by Soundarya Rajinikanth’s Ocher studios Ocher studios and Warner Bros. But now, suddenly Warner Bros opted out of the project.

Warner Bros asked for all the particulars like script production cost to be submitted before the start of the shooting. Since the Goa team was running out of actors call sheets and time they started the shooting without submitting these documents . So Warner Bros have pulled out of the Goa venture. Now Ocher Studios are the lone producers for the team

Akshay Kumar’s wife Twinkle Khanna arrested

Twinkle wife of Akshay Kumar was arrested by police after a case was filled against Akshay Kumar and his wife on the note that in a fashion show they did an obscene
act . Police released Twinkle after she applied bail for Rs 950.

Since it was a bailable offense she was released.Akshay Kumar is also booked don the same charges.Due to professional assignment he had gone abroad.As soon as he returns he has to surrender to the police.Both of them will be soon submitted to the court and the court will decide whether they are accused or not.

I hope she finds sum luck and makes it big even there.She has given quite a lot of hits in Tamil and Telugu .I hope she continue to give some more roles.The only problem is that she is more used as a glam doll instead of giving her roles which has some substance and scope for acting.

The official announcements are still pending for about Thalaivan Irukkiran, Kamal’s remake of the Hindi blockbuster ‘A Wednesday’, latest buzz is that that Shruti Hassan will score for the background the movie. Grapevine is that she will render her voice for the theme music of the movie.

Kamal 's daughter has already sung in Vaaranam Aayiram which was a big hit.So lot of expectations is on her.We have to wait and watch whether she can full fill all of them.

Ajith's 49 th film is Asal directed by Saran.The female lead fro the movie is Sameera Reddy.The music director for this film is Harris Jayraj.Ajith is in a new getup for the movie which looks like the Virumandi Kamal style.This film should do well in the box office since the previous film Aegan did average rounds in the box office.

Bollywood is on a strike !!!

Akshay Kumar, 8x10 Tasveer will be the last release in the theaters for some time till the movie producers and multiplex owners arrive into a solution regarding the revenue sharing.So the film producers have decided to go on for an indefinite strike.We have to wait and see for what the solution is.

Producers point of argument is that they want a 50:50 revenue share from multiplex owners.Multiplex owners, on the other hand, say that they agree to this policy if the film is a hit in the box office .But i fthe film does not go well then the producers have to bear the loss.The agree for a 45 55 deal or even a 40 60 deal.No one is actually not sure when the problem will be sort out.
