Ramzan Id celebration

The World over, Muslims of every denomination consider the month of Ramzon as the holiest in their calendar. Most homes and family lives are austere and pure during this month as the devout keep a fast from sunrise to sunset. Only when the moon rises, does food make an appearance in abundance. Biryanis, Kababas, the most exotic curries, luscious mithais, kulfi faloodas and rich nut-flavored sweets of every variety are available, and each night, till the midnight hour strikes, feasting continues.

Though Ramzan Id is celebrated all over India, the feasts made in the Hyderabadi Nawabi cuisine are legendary. The richest ingredients are cooked in a royal style to creat dishes that would tempt gourmets time after time.

In the Holy Quran, Ramzan is enumerated as annual exercise time to practice discipline. We convey our wishes to our friends “Eid Mubarak”.
