Global Citizen Festival India $3 Billion Worth for Investment Commitments Secured which will benefit 50 crore people. The commitments include Toilet board coalition for better sanitation and hygiene for around 130 million people in three years. IDFC Bank proposed to help 200000 micro finance loans for water sanitation.
The first Global Citizen Festival attended and witnessed by a grand musical concert named Coldplay saw Jay Z, Demi Lovato, Aamir Khan, Amitabh, Sachin,AR Rahman Kareena Kapoor ,Farhan Aktar,Shah Rukh Khan,Sonakshi Sinha and many others.
