On Tuesday 15 People killed in a mine blast in North China's Shanxsi Province.Due to gas explosion this has happened in amine owned by Shanxi Pingyao Fengyan Coal and Coke Group. Out of 35 miners 11 escaped. Deadly mining accidents are regular in China with poor safety management.
