Stents or Bypass Surgery may not be Needed for Blocked Arteries



                The latest study by Doctors patients who did not have any surgery for blocked arteries and on drug therapy only can continue to do so. It is also suggested they don't get heart attack compared to those who have undergone surgery for the same. 
               The trial was presented by Dr Alice Jacobs Director of Cath lab and Interventional Cardiology at Boston University at the annual meeting of American Heart Association. More than 5000 people participated in the study.
